    If you touched it and it reacted really fast that means it is most likely a feather dusters. Featherdusters are good, awesome, and cool looking hitchhikers. If you feed it phytoplankton it will probably get a bit bigger , and get more color. I have many small feather dusters in my tank that look like that. Not positive yours is a feather duster, but like I said it most likely is.
