    AHHHHHH, how do i get rid of it? What causes this?

    Looks like red cyano to me .. I also see it along the glass on the right side how long has the tnk been up and running ?

    Cyano. Better water flow helped mine dissappear.

    I've also heard there are certain hermits that will eat the stuff but I've never tried them. Good luck.

    it has been running for over a year now. I just set up a refugium and got some chaeto algae yesterday. I was unsure because my other algae that i am sure is coraline looks different.
