coralline?

    ok so i bleached some of my live rock. i soaked it in bleach for 2 days, freshwater for 1 week, changing water everyday then pressure washed it. i notice some pink stuff that looks like coralline but could coralline survive the bleaching etc?

    Should not "survive" the bleaching, it will still show, but is not living. It comes back very fast though

    ok thanks. i was just wondering if it was anything bad, so i could scrape it off before putting the rock in the tank.

    No need to scrape it off, you have taken care of any "dead matter" with the bleach. you can scrape it if you want it gone, but not needed
    Just be certain that stuff is free from any bleach reminents. I was going to bleach out all the LR that was no longer live and read somewhere it was not needed, jus run the skimmer to pull out any bad things that may have died off and pollutes the water.

    You sound good to go as long as the odor is good
