so is feeding a tiny bit of flake food 2 times a day too much. My tank seems fine and the fish eat all of the food and so does the clean up crew. I only feed a little bit of frozen food at night and that's only a few times a week. I really watch the amount I feed so that it doesn't destroy my clean tank. How much do you think I should feed for my load?

That regimine seems fine. You'd be surprised how many people overfeed their tanks then wonder why they have water quality/algae problems. As long as you remember that the fish will ALWAYS look hungry regardless of how often you feed them, you should be ok :)

Since I started target feeding my ricordias they have gotten bigger. One orange I noticed has gotten to the size of a large hairy mushroom, around 3.5" from 2 inches when I got it 3 weeks ago. I have been shooting either mysis shrimp or brine evry 2-3 days. I have a bunch of ricordias coming in and will be getting rid of my zoos so I can have a ricordia tank. Love them rics.

Most of my Mushrooms multiply by moving and leaving a daughter shroom behind. I've never noticed my shrooms splitting by developing two mouth then dividing(though I know it happens and is normal). My Candy Cane coral divides by developing two mouths first...kind of a neat process!
As AMCARRIG pointed out... becareful how much you feed your corals, as you don't want an influx of algae or a spike in your nitrite, nitrate or phoshate levels in your water!

I love rics, I would love to get more but you don't see them that often in the stores. I think one of them is already splitting.
