Correct readings?

    I have asked this question once before but for the life of me I cant find the post so here it is. I have a 30 gallon tank and all the other goodies are listed in my signature I was wondering what in the ideal reading for my tank Like
    1)P.H. can that be between 7.3 and 8.2 and be ok?
    2)What should Nitrates Be?
    3) Nitrite shhould be @ 0
    4) and Ammonia 0 also

    Ideally nitrates should be zero but below 20mg/L is OK for a reef tank or below 50mg/L for fish only.

    Thank you and I am really glad it helped. I am a newbie, so anytime I find something like this - I try to keep it.

    I am sure that some of the other more experienced reefers might have some other thoughts on those parameters, but I found them to be a good guideline.

    Magnesium should be kept slightly higher than that link states, 1400-1500mg/L for good coralline growth.
