I got the stingray today. It probally has about a 5" disc. It is swimming about the tank. I have tried to feed it squid, scallops, and krill. It nibbled at the krill but didnt finish it. Does anyone have any ides what to try next?

Just keep at it, it's probably a little shocked from the move.

You could try some live snails and hermit crabs, I've heard they're popular with rays.

LFS just got in 2 cortez rays and 2 banded cat sharks this week for the local museum, they were there today and they're really cool... I haven't found much info on how big they get, but if I can I'd like to try to keep one in a 180 semi-reef (semi meaning about half will be an open sand bed, and half will be a rock pile.)

looking at your current tank listings you don't have the tank to house a cortez ray - or any ray for that matter. From what I DO know of them they need a fairly large open sand bed of fine sand to bury themselves under.

If you're keeping it in the 46 or 75 please save a life and take it back.

As it is I think many would be concerned with over crowding of you tanks as they are.

+3, if it's in one of your current tanks, take it back.
