    Hi fellow reefers!

Just want to share my CPR HOB Aquafuge2 setup. This is an awesome little alternative for those of us with smaller tanks and lacking room for those larger sump/refugiums. Dimensions: 13" L x 4.5" W x 12" H
I am so pleased with the workings of this little fuge. Running now for 8 months. I've got a 2"SB of pink aragonite, a couple of smaller pieces of LR and the all mighty cheato :) It's light with the CPR 24w cf Lamp, made just for this little fuge. I run the light opposite that of my DT I also have my 300w titanium heater (left over from my 75g so it's big) and a Reef Octopus NS 80 nano protein skimmer housed in it. Most awesome is you see none of this from the front of your tank. Only things visible are the intake pump and the output nozzle. Here's a video of my skimmer inside the fuge. This is just one size of the fuge. Here is a link to the CPR products, I love CPR products lol. http://www.cpraquatic.com/index2.html

I got one of the CPR models with the skimmer built in on my 29g. I agree with your assessment great little piece of kit. It was a unplanned CL find, but well worth it. Only down side I have with mine if the Rio 600 that it came with leaves some to be desired, but easy enough fix. I put some ulva in mine, and I have to keep it trimmed down or it grows fast enough it starts growning out the water as well as slowing flow.

I switched out the pump in mine too. Changed it for an Mj600 :) How are you running your fuge lights?

It came with the matching light. I have the standard bulb that came with it, which reminds me I probably need to look into switching it out.

Oh, derp derp. lol. I run mine opposite light schedule, ie 8pm to 8am. I also stuck some mangroves in the little compartment where the water exit is and they are growing nicely, as far as lighting for them the bottom of them get a little light off the cpr light, but the rest is just natural/ room lighting.

Are you running a skimmer? Do you have it placed in your fuge? I've only seen one other tank running this fuge so I'm pretty interested in how others are doing it. Got any pic's?
