so a friend of mine from China travels to the UK for a couple of weeks holiday

on the 1st day he takes his 100 rmb note to the bank and gets 9.80 sterling
on the 2nd day he goes to the bank again with 100 rmb and he gets 9.55 sterling
on day 3 once again he visits the bank with 100 rmb and the bank gives him 9.20 sterling

my friend at this point decides to challenge the banker as to why

he explained - day 1 you give me 9.80, day 2 you give me 9.55 and today you just give me 9.20 - how this happen?

the banker tries to explain about currency values changing

my friend does not understand

the banker tries again - explaining "its all about fluctuations"

my friend does not understand the long English word and and asks again why the amount of money he gets , goes down every day

the banker tries again but slowly and pronounces every syllable
