    If you want to keep your feeding routine, then cut the amount in half. You'd be surprised at how easy it is to feed too much.
    You don't need a refugium to run GFO (basically rust particles). I just place it in my mesh bag along with carbon, and put it in my Whisper 40 power filter. Works great.
