    cycling a 150 gallon about a week with 120 pds of live sand,i have live rock in my 20 gallon with small orgainisms growing on it,if i put it there in my cycling tank,will they die,and also how long do i burn my lights for live rock.

    Organisms will likely die, but that will help cycle the tank and "only the strong will survive" Meaning less chances of problems later.
