Well, unless someone else chimes in with better suggestions, I'm going to suggest that you try again but with only one clown this time and see how it goes. Since we don't know if the fish died of stress, parasites or disease, I can't suggest any kind of time frame where you might let the tank go fishless.

Well my girlfriend found something last night. We were using Phosban in the sump and it seems that the micron bag had a hole and some phosban was released in the water. She read somewhere that loose phosban in the water column can kill fish????? So that might just be it. Cause i dont see anything else.

    Marc.

Well, hopefully that was the cause and not something more diabolical :)

If your corals are doing fine, I would venture to guess your phosphate test is inaccurate. Just a guess tho!

    Phosphate Table
    ppm Phosphate ppm Phosphate-Phosphor
    0.03 (good) 0.01
    0.10 (critical) 0.03
    0.25 (coral growth retarded) 0.08
    0.50 0.17
    1.00 0.33
(If your somewhere in here that's probably not a good thing!)
    3.00 1.00

As long as your certain there were no external sings of parasites or disease, I too would recommend you try again with a single fish if your P04 levels are reasonable.

Did you ever get a second measure on that PO4? (From a separate test kit)

I would only have suggested that you go fishless if the clowns had died as a result of disease or parasites. Sorry, should have been more clear on that :) Perhaps a water change is in order if you're concerned about the Phos-ban getting into your tank.
