I am in the process of setting up a basment sump and frag tank for my 125 and am looking for input on the layout. I will have two overflows, each one having its own drain to the sump. My question is about "teeing" off one of the drains to feed my frag tank. Please see my attached diagram (sorry for the bad diagram skills). Would anyone foresee issues with this design? TIA

Thanks Todd. I just wasn't sure if the ball valve on the first drain would cause issues for the overflow.

Skip the ball valve and pick up a true union valve. You'll be much happier.
