    I got 2 diamond gobys yesturday they were fine
    today there fighting it's not life therenting there chasing each other around casally nipping there the same size ones just a little bit bigger he is the one doing the bullying. I want to stop it.

    Usually they only do well in pairs if they are a mated couple. Especially in a small tank like yours. I would definately take one back before they stress each other to death.

    +1. Unless you know that they are a mated pair, you will most likely continue to see fighting.

    everything I've read says you should only have one of these guys unless they are a mated pain. In your tank these guys will cause a crazy sand storm if you have a sand substrate...one alone will do that.

    Whether they are two inches or not, it makes no difference. You only have a 55 correct? This is not enough room to house two non-mated diamond gobies together peacefully. One needs to be return or you wont have either before long.
