Good, I could blame my husband and feel better, he's the one that does the laundry and loses the socks.

Can you describe the crabs a bit more or take a picture of them?

Maybe the fish jumped and the cat ate them?

Both of the crabs looks like a emerald crab down to the hairy legs. One is solid black and the other is red/orange. I notice the black crab is starting to wonder around, and the other crab stays in the rocks.

And their claws? Are they "paddle" shaped or "pincer" shaped? Do a google search for "shamefaced crab" and see if that's what I think we're talking about.

I have lost a Kole tang over night never to see it again. No Ammonia spike or anything. If the fish were attacked and killed odds are verything in the tank helped in the clean up.

Were all 3 fish lost the same night?

Sorry JohnO no cats. If I did have a cat my husband will it have a ball with the tank. He doesn't like fish or corals. It's my way to relax after taken care of 4 kids and a husband.

There's nothing better than to sit in front of your reef oasis and relax. ahhhh.

As for the missing fish, humm, have you looked along the sand? Maybe the little bastards buried their dead. ::)

I know they're dead I want to know who ate them, and they did a good job leaving nothing behind.
