    When I bought my Red Mushroom Coral It had this red spot on it, it looks kinda like a wart. Is it normal?

    I think it's over growth on the polyp but might be wrong! might be harmful ...

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I can not say for sure what it is, but I do not think it is harmful. The first thing corals do when stressed in anyway is not open and it looks fully open and colorful.
