I don't really understand your question too well, so I will reply based on what I interpret it as.
Anemones are delicate animals and require stringent husbandry accomodations. They are also not for the novice aquarist or a newly set up aquarium.
Clowns don't require an anemone either for their success! They can also host surrogate alternatives such as species of corals like Xenia, Heliofungia and Euphyllia!
Clowns won't take to just any species of anemone and the probability that the clowns will take up residency in the anemone you purchase are not guaranteed!
I would try other forms of host alternatives for your success and the anemone you would have purchased, atleast for the time being.
I hope you don't think that I came acroos too harsh, just trying to steer you in the right direction and save animal life as well.

Chances of getting a clown to host a fake anemone seems pretty slim to me. I had an ocellaris in the same tank as a BTA for a year and it never took to it. It took a month and a half to get a tomato clown to host the BTA. This didn't happen until I got new lights and started feeding the anomone a few times a week. Once it started growing the tomato was in there but it wouldn't touch it when it was small and not looking great.

There's nothing wrong with trying something new provided the rubber or plastic isn't going to leach anything into the tank. An anemone doesn't feel at all like rubber though so I don't know if you'll be able to fool the fish. If you find the link please post it.
