I'm having problems raising my dKH. It's staying steady at 6.5 and pH 8.2. Now I heard B-Ionic is very good. How do I go about getting my level to around 10.

    what are your other parameters?
    we need to know
    SG
    Mag
    Calcium

DKH is part of the equation, involving the other 3 things above

what sized tank is it, as that also help generate good suggestions for method of controlling
    bottled liquids in a nano
powdered additives which you mix with RODI for larger set ups

You need to add alkalinity only until you get to where you want. You will then need to dose to keep it at that point.

    Both good points ^^

Additionally, what have you been doing to try to raise it, that isn't working?

My tank is 75gal and sump is 20gal. I'm using a Reef fusion 1&2. Raise calcium and carbonate alkalinity. Putting in 10ml every 3 days. Of carb alk up Seachem ph buffer.

    My SG is 1.026
    pH- 8.2
    Mag. No test done.

I have noticed that I have not had much growth on carroline algae. Just on a few rocks and has lots of small white dots?

    Adding to this
1st I'd say If your not crazy stocked on sps your mg and cal should be ok ONLY if your doing weekly water changes mines good I do bi-weekly
2nd I'm going to say that ten ml is not enough I'm at 25 ml a day lightly stocked sps
    But every tank is different!
3rd if your not doing weekly changes you should be checking mg as it will toss your alk around.
    Hope this helps

I just bought some dKH buffer, I hope it helps.

    I tested today and temp-76 morning 80 daytime. pH-8.3. dKH-6.5. Cal-480. Nitrate-10. SG-1.025

Now why the lack of the C-Algae growth and the white spots? I had my 2x250 watt MH running only 5 hrs a day and my 2x54artic blue T5 running 13hrs. I upped the MH to 8 hrs a day now because I can now contol my heat.
