Ducks!

not as good as kacy's deer but ive got ducks in the ditch behind my house!

 

Cuuuute! I love ducks!!

 

You should see if there banded and if they are get pics of them but there very pretty

 

their so cute, earlier the male was playing and splashing around in the water, and doing head dunks, probably going after the little minnows that we get in there

i went to Del Taco today and by their drive through they have a patch of grass and there was another male and female duck just chillin out

and like 10 years ago we rescued ducklings they were soooo cute there were about 7 of them walking in a straight line along our fence and the mom was on the other side and the babbies couldnt get over so three of us put them over the fence and the mom kept pecking at us

dont think ill be able to zoom in close enough to their legs, i dont think ill be able to, the two at Del Taco didnt have leg bands so these guys probably dont either

 

Haha I love ducks. When I was at the University of Washington there was this resident duck couple that everybody knew. During the warm days the ducks would be in the fountain and then sleeping in the shade together in the Quad. And they would walk all over campus together. It was soooo cute! Everybody loved them.

 

awwwwwwww that's too cute! lol the ducks at del taco even had a water dish, the water was really gross but they were drinking out of it

its so neat seeing wildlife especially when you dont see anything neat except for your typicall birds

during the spring/summer we have wild green headed parrots that fly throughout the area and i HATE those birds! their screech is soooooooo annoying

 

Well, I think that sounds pretty cool!!

 

lol not when you hear them they are pretty parrots but definitely dont belong here, this is not their natural habitat. some J*** A** must of let some parrots out at one point and they managed to survive
