    OK,
I am wondering about the salt type residue that amounts on the aquarium rim, light cover, ect.

When wiping down with a clean water rag, is it ok to wipe it back into the tank ? Or go the extra mile and clean it off carefully ?

If it doesnt matter, it would save many minutes when clensing.

    Thnks

I wipe the salt creep off w/ a wet rag (freshwater), and i try to get as much as i can to stay in the rag but a good amount falls back into the tank. it doesn't hurt just watch sg.

Reffered to as "Salt Creep" , i commonly have to wipe off , but theres no need to be concerned if some gets back in the tank, i often rinse my hands in the skimmer exit water after getting the salt on my hands.

you should prolly wipe it every once in a while. when that stuff stays on there for a long period of time it becomes a real pita to get off.

You misunderstood me, I clean the SC off where it builds up, I just dont care for making sure I throw it away, it goes back in the system. Luna
