Awesome!! I am transfering everything to a 40 breeder, so maybe that will be enough room?

When I had a reef, I tried a flame, lemon peel, bicolor, coral beauty, and singapore. They all went nuts for the coral and all had to be removed.
I have a flame now in my FO, and he is great. Shows absolutely no interest in nori though.
FWIW, angels are notorious for parasites, so a QT is pretty much a must imo.

I had a Coral Beauty in a 20g along with a Blue Devil Damsel and a Royal Gramma. The Coral Beauty never touched any coral and was a model citizen. He/she would actually place himself/herself between the damn Damsel and the Royal Gramma whenever the damn Damsel tried to pick on the Royal Gramma. Damn Blue Devil Damsel eventually got his own tank.

Had the Coral Beauty for 6 years, and would have been longer, but didn't survive the move to my current house. I always fed the tank 2 times a week (M & F), and almost exclusively (all feedings except once a month) fed Spirulina flakes for the Angel. Other than the Spirulina flakes, once a month I would feed raw table shrimp chopped up into very small "bits" and everyone went crazy for it (including the Coral Beauty). Coral Beauty was active and healthy and no "special" Angel food was needed as the Spirulina was more than sufficient.

I think each fish is of its own....with that said I also believe that a proper diet goes a long ways towards not only health but picking at corals. I have a Majestic and a Flame in my 125. I feed a large variety of foods to keep them fat and happy. My Majestic does not allow me to keep any Zoas. Zoas are like a mid afternoon snack for him. He destroyed an entire colony on me once. But he never touches my SPS corals which is why I am SPS dominant. My Flame however, does pick at my SPS corals but it doesnt seem to bother them. Its not a constant picking though. Milleporas seem to be his favorite but I havent noticed any negatives from his picking.

My Coral Beauty nor my Flame Angel pick at any of my corals. Between sps, lps, and softs I have 19 different corals in my DT.

So far the good ha out-weighed the bad!!

Could i get away with feeding just once daily?
