I have some invasive sponge and I am looking at dwarf angels.

    http://www.3reef.com/forums/tropical-fish/i-want-sponge-eating-fish-80629.html

I want as reef safe as I can get. Coral Beauty and Flame Angel come to mind.

What I'm looking for here is any experience with either of these two (or any dwarf angel that is reef safe) and them clearing your tank of sponge.

I'm figuring whether or not they'll eat my sponge is a gamble, but I'd like to hear experiences so I can maybe increase my odds by species selection.

    Thanks

(I read through KC's thread too... I see some other interesting choices).

Also, I plan on getting a clam, but I have read up on this and am willing to try it.

(other sponge eating creature suggestions welcome)

I have both a coral beauty and a clam. All have been in the tank for about 6 months. So far, I have not seen any evidence of the coral beauty nipping at any corals or the clams. I also have SPS, LPS and some softies.

    Good luck!
