Try cleaning all of your equipment thoroughly. Check for dead spots. I had a dead spot in my tank and it was generating hydrogen sulfide. HS is a strong fertilizer for algae.

I do a water change tomorrow, its the first one since this showed up. I'm going to thoroughly vacuum the sand and rock. Not sure if this helps with dino but it seems to come up quite easily. Thanks for the tip 2in10.

If your tangs and midas blenny are eating it then it is definately not dinos. There really isnt anything that likes to eat it and actually it can become toxic for whatever eats it.

you are welcome! Sadly I have had my battles with that stuff

I believe my best course of action is to turn out the lights. I do my water change today and am going to try and siphon out as much as possible and then shut them down tomorrow. I have a few questions though.

How long should I leave them off?
Do you turn them on to feed fish or just let the fish go this period with no food?
Should I wrap the tank in a sheet to totally make it dark in the tank?
Will coral continue to consume calcium with no lights on? Should I keep dosing as normal?

Thanks to those that have helped K+ to you all.

I left mine totally off for 10 days...but mine was much worse. I would do at least 5 days though. I did not turn it on to feed The fish still came out to eat and swim during the day. I fed like normal.

You will need to continue to dose like usual, esp to maintain ph

Thanks, I've got the lights off and the tank wrapped in a towel to keep light out. I'm going to go for 5 days and see how it looks, I will go the full 10 if needed. I'm also going to do a complete water change from the sump and siphon and clean everything in it. Wish my critters luck!

I had a very mild case of dinos and I left my lights off for 5 days. I completely drained my sump and cleaned all the nasty out of the bottom of it. I did put a phosphate reactor on, which I believe you're already running. I even went to the extreme of covering my tank with a thick blanket so no light at all could get in. After that my tank has been pretty much dino free. Good luck this stuff can be beat just takes time and patience.

Well I'm at 6 days of complete darkness. There are still a few small clumps on my sand but no where near where it was before. I had some bryopsis growing in my overflow area and that is completely gone. I'm going to go as long as it takes. I have turned on my lights for roughly 15 minutes twice, just to get my fish to eat and in that period my corals have opened up and seemed fine. Hopefully this will pass soon and I can enjoy my tank again!
