Does anybody have experience with some of those ebay lights. Like these-
48" Metal Halide Aquarium Reef Light 760W Power Compact - eBay (item 290293231273 end time Feb-10-09 19:20:48 PST)
    Or
48" Metal Halide Aquarium Reef Light 500W LED FAN LEG - eBay (item 290293108767 end time Feb-07-09 07:51:45 PST)
    or
48' Metal Halide 250 T5 HO Aquarium Light LUNAR MOON ! - eBay (item 180312654310 end time Feb-06-09 13:17:23 PST)

I found some info on them on the forum but it was out dated. If anybody is using them or have before. Give some feed back about them. Or is everybody opposed to buying lights on ebay.

    Thanks,
    Clancy

ive bought the 500 watt fixture before so has my dad, they work but the bulbs they come with are worse then bad.

as far as the t5 fixtures i bought a 36" version. they work fine the bulbs are usuable for a while, but like the halides replace them when you can.
btw aquatraders has them for cheaper Aquarium Lightings - T5 Lighting and T6 Lighting
