I was told it was an electric blue when I bought him...about 7 months ago.
He was only about the size of a dime...now he has taken, litterally, the shell and life of a not so "turbo" Mexican Turbo snail...larger than a golf ball....is it an electric Blue? or maybe another species? He is growing like crazy and eats ALOT. Even while trying to trick the bristle from coming out so I could grab it...he ran across the tank and grabed the bait right from the worm..(going to worm trap as we speak)he also eats any and all moltings. Handy cleaner, industrial I might add.:cheesy:

BTW..it was a lucky photo op

yeah its an electric blue. I have two of them and love them, the only issue with them is they are kinda clumsy, knocking things over and such. One of mine was pinned under a light rock the other morning but when I lifted it up off he went, ran right off of an 8 inch drop onto the sand...he was fine though...oh they will also hurt coraline growth a bit as they scrape anything and everything off rocks to eat it...

Exactly...mine is for sure related to yours !! clumsy..knock'n everything around..and falling after a tall climb..just before he reaches the top...kinda funny though.

yeah, I'll live with them knocking stuff down for the cleaning they do and watching them do stupid stuff like fall off rocks is entertaining...
