I have had an emerald crab since November with no issues within the last week he has been turning white instead of green?? can anyone tell me why? it used to run around the tank all the time now he just hides and might come out at night don't understand the change and what might be causing this.

I'd assume that if it was a molt that the white stuff might be light green...?

+1 on the molting. they normally hide during this period since they are more easily injured.
