    ello everybody just a quick question, i currently have a 176 litre tank with a depth of 20 inches,, i was just wondering is this enough to house sps. lighting 2 x 70 watts t5 and 70 watts acintic t5.

    Sounds kind of iffy to me, you might be able to keep some plating montis near the top.

    3 70 watt t5s? What is the length on them lamps? At least in the US I am not familiar with a 70w HO lamp.
    You could grow SPS at least monti caps and digis easily. Birdnests will work as well.

    What is the width of the tank? And when you say depth you DO mean height correct?

    I have a pink birds nest SPS under 4 x 54 T5s and it is glowing great. It is very close to the top of the tank though.
