    You could always add some base rock which will be cheaper and pest free.

    Idk if you are running a sump or not, but if you are or plan to, you can always stash some of your LR down there to free up some space in your DT.

    Just make sure you don't go to the LFS and say "I want 10 pounds of rock" because they'll just grab whatever piece and give it to you. Look through their rock, find a piece or two that you think would look good, and buy them. If you need more pounds after that, just buy an extra piece.
