I went by my LFS yesterday and they had these two wrasses Exquisite & Pink Margin Wrasse, was thinking about getting them but wanted to make sure they would get along in the QT and display tank together? Other fish in the display are BJ Trigger pair, Coral Beauty, 2 Ocellaris Clownfish, Chromis, 2 cardinals, and a Royal Gramma. QT is a 40B and display is 255gal.

I would think you will have no problems in the DT. Most likely not in the QT either.

My exquisite wrasse is fine with all my other wrasse. I don't think you will have a problem.

exquisite wrasse and pink margin have been known to be one of the more aggressive fairy wrasse (to other wrasse)

I just looked up pink margin, closely related to the mystery wrasse.... That guy might cause trouble... But you never know.

Yes, Fairy wrasse are not mystery wrasse, lol. I misread the pink margin to be a pink-streak---Pseudocheilinops ataenia, which is a close cousin to the Pseudocheilinus ocellatus (Mystery Wrasse). So nevermind. =)
