I just picked up a Hawaiian Feather Duster 2 days ago. He is still in the tube (I can see him there) and seems to be moving if I needed him to, but he has yet to come out and look nice... Any ideas? All params are fine, everything else in the tank is doing very well... do these just take a few days to get used to the new surroundings or what?

Also, where do you have him in relation to flow? IMOPE, they don't particularly like strong current.

I have him out of the main stream of things, he gets movement but not strong current.

I have 1 Clown, 1 Purple Pseudo, and 1 Blue Damsel... 4-5 Red Legged Hermits, 2 Emeralds, and a few turbo snails. Its a 20 gallon tank... Have yellow polyps, few colonies of misc. zoanthids, some pink encrusting wavy lookin thing that's nice and a nice rock filled with green star polyps.

    Yikes!

Hopefully your luck is better than mine, but IMOPE, emerald crabs love feather dusters... I've had 3 different emeralds kill 3 dusters. You'll need to keep a close eye on them. They may totally ignore it for weeks, but once they start showing interest, it can disappear overnight.

Red-leg hermits like to chew on their tubes too, BTW.

+1 on crabs. Crabs can annoy the duster & he won't come out of tube. They can also lose their feathers. I learned to stay away from the soft shell dusters cause of that reason. Always had better luck with the more colorful hard tube worms.
