Fedex

Always have issues with fedex. All my next day 10:30 delivery has never been on time. One time the guy delivered it at 7:00 pm. I even called their customer service one time to inform the driver that tbe delivery is supposedly by 10:30. And the driver came after a few hrs. And asked me what is so important about the package. I just looked at him and yold him that if i paid extra for it to be delivered by 10:30 am and i expect my package to be delivered at that time. Now tha same driver has been delivering my package later and later in the day and i have given up. I have notifie the hipper and they can't do anything for they are in contract with fedex.
All i can say is fedex sucks big time!!!!!

 

Keep reporting and make sure you get signed deliveries so the time is recorded. Ask for refunds for the extra expense and record a formal complaint each time.

I fought USPS and "won". I had a head guys direct line to call if anything went on with the packages or the Carrier. The Carrier wouldn't speak to me again, but too bad!

I pick USPS if given the choice.
UPS is next.

FedEx... I'll take business elsewhere. It doesn't matter what time it is, if I'm home or not. They walk up to the door and put a sticker telling me to go pick it up at the office. I have literally seen them do it through the glass on my door. It happened so frequently I just can't use them.

well if you pay for it to be there by 10:30 and its not you should call them and get a full shipping refund.
i have never had a problem with fedex, they have even seen a box was leaking water that said live fish and have delivered it early. shocked me since they normally appear at about 1:00-2:00. i even said to him what are you doing here so early? he told me the box was leaking, he worried about the live fish. so moved it up on his delivery's. ( it was actually a clam in the box that poked threw the plastic bag and caused a leak)
it must be the area's, i have to say the fedex people here are awesome.

 

well after saying how i haven't had a problem with fed ex.... yesterday the fish i ordered did not arrive as they were supposed to. they sat in TN all night im in PA, they are sitting in ice cold water im sure . which stinks! im hoping they are alive when they arrive.
