I guess I over feed Usualy in the morning a small pinch of pellets and then in the evening I defrost a frozen food cube and usualy mix it up some time cyclops sometime formula 2 sometimes emeraled entree. I don't like to feed the same thing two times in two days. unless it is the pelets in the morning. I also noticed that lots of my polyups eat this too. and I also have health group of amphiopods in my one tank. I have also dosed garlic suplement that I found at lfs. Hope this helps.

I feed whenever I remember;). Typically every other day or third day. Frozen food, either PE mysis or spirulina brine, mine won't touch formula 1 or 2 and it's a pain for me to break up, so everyone wins there. Typically every week they get cyclopseeze when I feed the corals.

BTW if you're having trouble getting your royal gramma to eat, offer it cyclopseeze, mine went crazy over it, much more so than any other food.:)
