I currently add phytoplex and zooplex both made by kent. How often should this be added to the tank? I have been adding a little bit every other day...is this too much?

I just add a bit 2x a week. Or I just add it to the other foods I direct feed the coral.

Basd on your coral load, really the only coral that requires feeding and that isn't even that necessary are your Frogspawn and Candy Cane. You can try offering them brine shrimp or comparable!
As for the liquid food, once or twice a week is sufficient to help keep your phosphate level under control IMO!

In 13 years, I've not feed my corals, but I feed the fish and I believe that my corals get enough from either that fish food or it's resultant stages in terms of zooplankton in the water column as the micro life process the uneaten food or the fish wastes.
