    lol kc

Looks like very nice LR. Lots of nooks and crannies for critters and surface area for bacteria. Did you give it a quick scrub with a toothbrush to knock off any hair algae or other nuisance algae? I'd also give a close look to see if you can find any vermetid snails. Once those suckers are in your tank, they're a pain to get out.

so everything looks ok to the rest of you guys? and thanks for saying it has nice colors i am hoping it puts out some nice looking worms like Aip and tube worms ext. I like a lot of little things in my tank full of life, would be be a few months before i see any thing small and great? :) i was also wondering too if i would be able to keep a peppermint shrimp in my 5 gallon?

haha sorry if the pick freaks you out btw :)

I'm sure you wouldn't like aiptasia. That's a real nuisance as well. You could start seeing critters pop out quite early if there are any present on the rock. When I was cycling, we had a few feather dusters pop up. Quite neat for the beginner.

A peppermint would do fine in a 5g

i think its a nice peice louzir. but the main thing is, do you like it? thats all that matters. i think you should be fine to have a peppermint in there. especially if you want aiptasia. lol

Looks like some coraline is starting to grow on it. It is possible to have some coral hitchhikers on your rock. I had a snail come with some porites on it once.
