    Hi everyone!

    My name is Joe. I am new to this hobby and have just started putting together my first saltwater tank. I have found this forum very useful while researching everything I needed to get started. A lot of info on here! I plan on starting with a fish and live rock only tank and eventually adding some corals once the tank is established and I'm more experienced in maintaining a saltwater setup. Hopefully all goes well and I'll have a beautiful reef tank like the ones I've seen on this forum!

    Hey Joe Welcome! One piece of advice I can give you is to not get your hopes too high. chances are, you will fail in some aspects and things may go wrong, but don't give up! This hobby takes a lot of learning from mistakes to be great, and I can guarantee you that the owners of the beautiful tanks you see didn't go through their first tank easily. It takes trial and error, so don't give up!
