First Tank Need Fish

    Hello all,

    My last post was about where to get my fish etc., seems like local fish store is the way to go (already have an established relationship with one).

    I have a 90g tank ready to go, with an RO unit, just bout 70 lbs of live rock, and will eventually add some coral. I'm thinking of putting in 2 clowns, one hippo tang, a flame angel. Any other suggestions on which fish are nice to have an aquarium, but most importantly can be compatible with other fish and reef?

    First off, add whatever you add slowly.

    Fish I like:

    Flame Hawk - just don't keep any shrimp with it.

    Bangai Cardinals - get a male and female. More will kill each other.

    Royal Gramma - one of my favs

    Any of a number of blennies

    Any of a number of reef safe wrasses - just make sure to have a good lid - they are jumpers

    After a while your blue tang is going to be cramped, a pair of banggai cardinals and/or a school of assessors are some of my favorites.
