first and foremost I would like to state that what follows is my own opinion and in no way is affiliated with 3 reef, with that being said let me give everyone a heads up about a certian website called fish.com. A month or so ago I was shopping for new lighting system, and I looked high and low and found this: Current usa outer obrit 36in 2x150/2x96 for $593.52 which had been reduced to $398.9 with only 6.00 shipping at fish.com , so I jumped on it, well about 4 days later it arrived, I was like a kid on christmas, but it was wrong, it was only 1x 150 metal halide. I called and they assured me it was pulled from inventory wrong, and the correct one would ship the following monday morning. After a week or so I called them and they told me they were out of stock and would fix this as soon as possible. Well today, a month later, I get an email, stating they dont carry the 2x 150 watt versions never have and never will, and i could just keep the one i had. I'll admit I kinda lost it, told them I was not paying $400.00 for a 1x150 watt system, and I had quite a bought some coral that was going to die. After getting rather RUDE with I, I returned the favor, and after several curse words I got them to take it back, but they still havent returned any money to me.

I will not deal with them again EVER. Just wanted to warn you guys about em.:angry::angry:

Sorry to hear that. I got my lights from them, and I didn't have any problems at all. They even matched and beat the lowest competitor price on it, so I thought they were pretty good and had good customer service. They should fix that website error right away. I would call back and request to speak to the manager of customer service, who might be able to give you some extra reimbursement or store credit for your big inconvenience.

Print out the page that it's on on the web site for proof and get a lawyer. This is false advertisement and bait and switch. Make sure any contact you make with them is documented, times/names/dates.... Then after let your lawyer do the talking! You have a good case, especially since they aren't correcting their mistake.
