fish food

so im new to the forums but not that newish to reefs been keepin one for 5 months give or take, just was wonderign what every one feeds their fish i keep a sailfin, yellow and blue hippo tang, a pair of perculas, a scotts damsel, 2 firefish, a watchmen goby, i rotate the food started with spiralina fed brine, then mysis for a while which they loved, and now im on plankton, any other good suggestions, the tangs always have a green algea sheet in the tank with a clip, and if the food can feed coral aswell thats a plus. thanks
