I was looking at my tank today. And noticed that on the fins of the fish they cloudly/whiteish, and my blue damsel does not look as blue as before, he looks kinda cloudy.

I would check water parameters first..sounds like stress when fish change color.

How old is the tank? 5lbs of LR isn't going to cut it. Also, if you want my honest opinion, don't bother with damsels. Yes I have one and feel lucky because he's not at all aggressive to my clown or royal gramma...or me. But for the most part they are mean  , and when they get big they lose all of the attractive features they had when they were small :-X . My velvet damsel was like an inch when I got him and looked AWESOME, black with neon blue stripes. Hes like 3-4 inches now and is almost completely black. There are lots of other more colorful, personable, and fun fish available....once you get more LR that is.

Ya i know about the live rock. I am just hoping that my live rock/ biowheel and ug filter will get me by for a few weeks. I hate damsels.

Does it look puffy or cotton like? Might be fungus or possibly ich if it looks like freckles. Please be more specific and post a pic to better tell what's wrong with the fishy. ;D
