fish removal

    Does anybody has any ideas of how to remove a purple firefish out of the tank without messing with rock scape. this suckers are fast :confused:

    That's the only way I could really get a fish out; had the same problem with my algae blenny. he was a fast little sucker that practically blended in with any rock XD. Maybe try to entice it with food to come out and try to catch it or set up a trap. I think traps can be bought online.

    take the lead off the tank :) I lost 3 fire fish that way...

    I see, I was out of town and I came home to realize fish is full of parasites so I need to dip it in fresh water, the medications I have seen they are not good for inverts , any options on meds

    Ha lol not trying to kill it , but there is a bucket ready for it in case it jumps ,I have lid off

    well first of all what kind of parasites? Second, I personally wouldn't recommend freshwater dip but thats just me; it sometimes works I believe, but it's up to you if you wanna do it.

    Catch the fish in 3 in the morning, make sure the room is dark so they can't see the net. That's how I catch my clowns without moving anything.

    They look like leaches , they are clear and kind of white , at first I notice one few weeks a go now is infested , luckily don't have any other fish in there.
