Hey guys...in the last month I have had issues with my tank and everyone has helped and I am very grateful. I got the chemistry under control. Ph is 8.4 nitrite 0.
Phos 0.00 nitrate is a little high but not crazy its at 5.0. He is still stressed. Its a Mappa Puffer. Tank is 29 gallon and he is maybe 4-6 inches long tops. He is swimming with his tail between his legs. And his color is not fluid unless I am feeding. Is there anything else I can do ? [IMG][IMG]

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Do you have a bigger tank to put him in? He will not be happy or do well in a 29 gallon tank. My experience with Puffers is that they are more like a dog then a fish and this dog needs a lot more room to explore and relax in. He is just beautiful.
What is the tank temp and what are you feeding him?

Um... way too small of an enclosure for this big fish. Hence the stress.

Your water chemistry is not the issue here. That fish is going to get huge! As it is now the stress is coming from the puffer being cramped so tightly. You can have the best equipment and water quality in the world and it won't make a difference. He needs alot of room and unless you can provide that he's gonna perish. I've been there before and put fish too big in a tank to small. Unless you can get a 300 gallon or more I would seriously consider re homing that beautiful puffer.
