    Hmmm what other things do I need to know about these smaller pistol shrimps. And what kind of fish is the best one to partner it with?

    Lawnmowers will perch on rock or coral. Interesting personalities and they eat algae like crazy.

    A starry blenny would be another option that's similar to a lawnmower. I like the way they look a little bit more personally.

    i agree, a starry blenny is like an upgraded lawnmower blenny, great personality and goofy look, and better overall coloring. a striking fish.
