    Welcome to 3reef.

What size tank do you have?

What are the temp, pH and nitrate numbers?

Ok from what I have seen the problem is.
Your tank is over stocked, your tank is too hot for goldfishes to be comfortable.
You should be doing regular huge(because your overstocked) water changes(guessing there quite aren't up to par on this because of your problems.).
You SHOULD be testing for Ammonia, Nitrite, and Nitrate. They should be within safe levels.

In addition to sostoudt well placed suggestion, I want to add that most fish stores will either test your water for free, or charge a small testing fee and give you the results.

Buying the test kits will save you money in the long run though... in fact, in the not so long run.

Good luck! I never heard of fish losing eyes before.

I would keep it in the low 70's if possible for the goldfish, but I would atleast keep it below the 80's definitely.
you may find a sort happy medium around 76-78 for the angel and shark, as they like the water warmer.

The test kits are very wide spread in the US and Europe, I would order them offline if you can't find them in india.

The only solution I can give you is do frequent water changes as the red rashes are probably caused by poor water quality. You see a animal that poops and pees in the water it lives and breathes in can become sick if the water isn't clean.
