Best to capture it at night after the lights have been off for awhile when they are in sleep mode!
Another way of doing it is to place a net in the tank and leave it there for a while so the fish can get use to it being in there, then add some food to the top of your tank and hopefully this will entice your Damsel to come up to the top for easy picking!
Good lcuk as Damsels are not easy to remove especially if you have alot of corals and live rock!

Really Small fish hook! ..... Just Joking......;D

Depending on how important it is to remove him and how many other methods fail, you could try these

Aquarium Fish Trap I made one of these but I used clear arcylic tubing instead of PVC and siliconed a piece of Nylon window screen to the end of it so water could flow through.

    Bottle Trap

Or you could buy one of the really expensive commercially avaiable fish traps :shocked2::shocked2:

Im in the same boat. I have two chromies that I want to get out and boy are they fast and skidish. I've used a fish trap on a key hole angel before but wonder if it will work with the chromies.
