Forgot to rinse phosban

    should be OK, but you might get the dust spread about your tank. Make sure to wash any sponge elements off after 24 hours or so.

    Lol ya its cloudy, just worried thought the dust may kill my fish I guess ill go ahead and do my water change now and that should help. Me being stupid didnt even think about it, uggg i hope my mistake wont kill my tank

    You should be OK. I have done it with carbon more than once myself! ::) ;) The dust at least for me was just a temporary nuisance more than anything. I never lost fish or corals or anything from it.

    Thanks guys appreciate it, ill just keep a close eye and if they seem to change to the bucket they go till this subsides. Ugggg ultimate noobie mistake damit!

    In the Rowaphos instructions it tells you not to rinse the iron media, I have used it without rinsing many times with no ill effects.
    If your going to rinse it, make sure you use RO water or tank water; not tap water!

    woot day 2 and all the fish are awesome, did my 10g water change today. Take looks so damn good now and the slime is like wtf is happening to us!
