    is 72w T5ho enough light for a 38 gal FOWLR tank?

    Yes IMHO

    you mainly need light for viewing pleasure on FOWLR

    Agreed. You don't really need lights if it's a FOWLR; if you can view it well with the lights then that should be good enough.

    Okay thanks, I was gunn a do another reef tank, but ive always wanted to do different fishes! WhT do u think about an angel in a 40...I cud take it back when it gets to big...it's just my ultimate dream. And I also have loved triggers since the beginning...so let the fowlr begin

    could definately do a dwarf angel in a 40, like a lemonpeel or flame. you wouldnt want a large one they grow way to fast you would have to upgrade after several months. also i think t5 is unnecessary i would just do some normal output flourescant, its specifically for viewing pleasure so t5 is not needed.
