I'll be moving my stock from my 30g to the new tank in the next day .. I took 80% of the water and sand from my 30g and put it into this system. While I wait for the tank to clear down some - I can only show you the one pic as I had visitors at the house while I was moving everything into it.

Stock waiting to be moved:
2x - False Perc Clowns
1x - Maroon Clown
1x - FireFish
1x - Colt Coral (getting really big)
1x - GSP (large colony)
9x - misc shrooms (green/brown.. I don't know the exact names yet)
6x - mix blue/red hermit
2x - mexican turbo snails
2x - margarita snails

That was my thought. 3 clownfish in a nano doesn't sound like a fantastic idea, but if its been working for you then sounds great.

 

In the 30, I had:

2 percs
1 maroon
3 damsels
3 firefish
1 scooter
2 anenomes
3 heads of hammer head coral
7inch by 5 inch colony of GSP
1 colt coral (around 9 inches tall)
several zoa colonies

and all the fish got along and i never had issues...

the maroon is fully grown at 3inches (sorry, it's not growing to 6)
ditto with the percs, they are fully grown now and have been laying eggs actually *which sucks more cause now they are gonna end up putting me on hold for a few months till they get comfy with the new tank*

I would of never down-graded, but we ran into an issue with the place we are living at.. Apparently they came in to spray for bugs while I was not home and they flipped out on the aquarium in the living room. Not only that, but the guy ended up pitching a fit cause he swears it's over 50g yet he was here while I used 6 - 5g buckets to drain the water out ... So yea, I was forced to downgrade... But that's fine for now... I'm already looking for a house to buy so I won't have to deal with restrictions like this in the future.

 

i would go to war with them, sorry to hear about that though
remember that the cube loses a lot of length im comparison to say a 30x12x18 30G aquarium though, we shall see though, i hope it works out for you though because i bet you're attached to your clowns by now

 

That is some BS man. I would ask them to measure it, then refer them to this site Aquarium Sizes and Weights or print the page out for them!

just a quick update -
I started looking into different mods this morning for the aquapod. Not really impressed with the back chamber layout's but I'm gonna mod it anyway so stock won't matter much.

Oah yea, my hammerhead corals are GROWING ! I can't get my camera to show the detail but there are several smaller heads starting to grow about 2 inches below the main head.

GSP is also growing out of control, (sweet), and my pulsing xenia is starting to thin out some and branch into different directions. Pix to follow on the next update.
