Flow looks good to me, they could handle a little more though no problem, i like my frogspawns and torch to flow a little bit more then that. I have mine in medium flow.

Good to know they can successfully handle a little more. I will be changing some of my circulation pumps around soon and will be able to increase the flow some I believe.

Looks like that the perfect amount of flow you have on em....

Sounds like youll be moving water faster in the near future... are you looking to know if more is too much? If so.... you should be ok. Ive seen torches do really well under high flow, and others not as well

Yeah, sort of wondering. I know as long as the flesh anchoring the coral is not being exposed or stretched that the coral should be OK. I'm at 55X the actual volume of the tank. I am going to add a couple of Koralia 425's behind the rocks facing each other. I was hoping to put the 750 that is running behind the rocks up top for more flow for the SPS. Thanks for the answer.

There are some rules of thumb that get you started in the right direction. After that it become experimentation to see how much you can add/need based on your rock configuration.
