I recently noticed something on / in my Frogspawn coral. When I brought my camera to my LFS and zoomed in to show an employee, they told me it's a type of barnacle that's burrowed in. I'm a skeptic, so I would like a second opinion and thought you fine folks may be able to discern what it is... and whether or not it's any cause for concern.

    Thanks in advance!

it looks to me like it might be a damaged tenticle from a fish bite or something. ive never heard or barnacles on corals before i would think there posion slime coat would be enough to deter banacles.
