How long after my tank is cycled and my water params are steady do I have to wait before adding my first frogspawn coral?

I'd add some inverts and a little food to try to get a spike in your param's and monitor that, then when that settles do the same with a fish! If your param's dont spike bad, you're good to go!

Once your tank is completely cycled (know it, dont just guess) and assuming you have the correct amount of light to sustain said coral....ur good to go..
