I just wanted to make sure...does everyones FS's close up almost all the way after lights out? It looks great during the day...opens nice and full. I have it positioned on the lwr 1/3rd of LR in low to med. flow. Thx!

Yep, it starts shrinking right after the actinics go off. Sometimes before they go off. Hates medium-high flow too. Sounds normal to me.

no problem. My clowns rub the closed frogspawn all night for safety or something.

That's funny...our Clarkii looks at it and the featherduster for a bit, then returns to it's nem. I wish the li'l Maroon would go in something...it just sleeps behind filter box up top.

+1. My frogspawn also closes up very tightly at night.

Yea ...the Current Sundial has the 2 LED moonlights...it retracts most of the way at night with those LEDS...maybe leaves a half inch of itself "out"

all of my euphyllia's close up tight at night.

i was also expecting my frogspawn and hammer to grow really long tentacles during the day, but they never get over an inch really... after looking around on google, I found this to be normal :)
